AIREV to optimise OnDemand for Intel accelerators
Intel-AIREV deal includes joint go-to-market strategy targeting enterprise AI adoption
#UAE #GITEXGLOBAL2025 - US semiconductor manufacturer Intel Corporation has signed a strategic partnership memorandum of understanding with Abu Dhabi-based artificial intelligence company AIREV to accelerate agentic AI adoption across the Middle East and globally. Via the collaboration, AIREV will optimise its OnDemand sovereign agentic operating system for Intel’s portfolio of Xeon processors and Gaudi AI accelerators. Intel and AIREV plan to deliver comprehensive AI solutions spanning latency-sensitive small-scale inference through to large-scale training of advanced language models, on the Intel platform. The two companies will also plan joint go-to-market activities to deliver scalable, secure and high-performance AI tailored to to enterprises and government entities.
SO WHAT? - Semiconductor manufacturers are increasingly looking for partnerships with AI platforms to optimise hardware and software integration for specific customer segments. The new partnership with AIREV illustrates how firms like Intel are now looking beyond device manufacturers and traditional hyperscaler ecosystems to the new generation of AI platforms. Joint go-to-market activities including co-selling, co-marketing, demonstrations and pilot deployments stand to benefit customers seeking platforms to support the development of agentic AI solutions.
Here are some key details about the Intel-AIREV announcement:
Santa Clara-based semiconductor manufacturer Intel Corporation has signed an MoU with Abu Dhabi-based artificial intelligence company AIREV to optimisation of AIREV’s OnDemand platform on Intel Xeon processors and Gaudi AI accelerators, and accelerate agentic AI adoption.
Intel and AIREV aim to deliver comprehensive AI solutions from latency-sensitive small-scale inference to large-scale training of advanced language models, enabling enterprises and government entities to access scalable, secure and high-performance AI solutions.
The partnership will also leverage Intel’s partner ecosystem to co-develop innovative on-premises and cloud-based AI solutions for diverse enterprise needs.
The Intel-AIREV agreement will include a comprehensive go-to-market strategy designed to accelerate enterprise AI innovation through co-selling, co-marketing, demonstrations, pilots and workshops.
Intel and AIREV will jointly optimise and validate AIREV’s OnDemand solution on Intel Xeon and Gaudi platforms.
Intel Gaudi 3 accelerators feature 128 gigabytes of high bandwidth memory and 3.7 terabytes per second bandwidth, optimised for large language models and computer vision workloads paired with fifth-generation Intel Xeon processors delivering up to 64 cores and PCIe Generation 5 slots.
AIREV is a UAE-based AI company pioneering agentic systems through its flagship OnDemand platform, enabling organisations to unlock autonomous agents securely designed to operate across air-gapped, private or hybrid environments at scale and with trust.
AIREV entered the UAE market through the UAE Ministry of Economy’s NextGen FDI programme,
ZOOM OUT - Agentic AI systems are emerging as a critical application category requiring platform support and hardware optimisation distinct from traditional large language model training. Designed specifically for AI workloads, Intel’s Gaudi 3 AI accelerator promises four times more AI compute for bfloat16 calculations and a 1.5 times increase in memory bandwidth over its predecessor. The architecture enables systems with tens of thousands of accelerators to connect via a standard Ethernet infrastructure. Intel Gaudi 3 delivers significant performance (up to 1.8 PetaFlops) for both training and inferencing of deep learning models.
