ZOOM OUT - This executive phase of Ajman’s AI Programme is announced the week after the launch of the emirates first transactional government AI agent. The Department of Digital Ajman initiated UAE's first government transaction using agentic AI, renewing a trade licence through a proactive, "headless" AI service model. Customers are notified automatically before their business licence expires and guided through renewal by an intelligent assistant in the AjmanOne app. The AI agent also coordinates commercial lease renewals with Ajman Municipality and Planning Department where needed, completing a regulatory transaction with minimal input from either side.
