#UAE #sovereigncloud - Abu Dhabi-based sovereign cloud and AI infrastructure company Core42, has launched the Core42 Partner Programme for software vendors, startups, technology partners and resellers. The new programme starts with more than 50 partners and runs on a cloud environment that supports more than 47 Abu Dhabi government entities. The programme aims to widen the cloud and AI options open to government and regulated industries, and to give partners new routes to market.
SO WHAT? - Through the Technology Partner track, UAE startups and software vendors get access to Core42’s world class sovereign infrastructure. Core42 runs sovereign cloud for more than 70 organisations and handles 11 million daily digital interactions. It also enforces 173 sovereign technical policies covering data residency, jurisdictional control and compliance. Partners inherit those controls rather than engineering their own. That shortens the route to government and regulated customers, who can buy local products on a platform they already trust.
KEY POINTS:
Core42 has announced the Core42 Partner Program, targeting independent software vendors (ISVs), technology partners, startups and resellers who want to build and sell cloud and AI solutions in the UAE.
The programme launches with more than 50 partners. It sits on Core42’s existing cloud environment, which currently supports more than 47 Abu Dhabi government entities.
Under the programme’s Technology Partner track, ISVs and startups can bring solutions to Core42 Sovereign Enabled Public Cloud and build with Microsoft Azure services. Core42 teams help with architecture, compliance documentation and go-to-market planning.
Core42 Insight supplies data residency, governance, monitoring and security controls around each deployment. Partners can design solutions around a specific customer’s requirements and the relevant workload classification.
The Channel Partner track allows resellers and solution providers sell Core42 cloud and AI products to customers with data residency, control, security and compliance needs. Support from Core42 includes sales training, technical expertise and go-to-market help.
Depending on track, partners can get architecture reviews, sandbox environments, Compass token credits, support from Core42 solution architects, joint marketing and even co-investment funding for priority customer projects.
Channel partners can offer eligible Core42 solutions through Microsoft Azure Marketplace. The programme builds on Core42’s strategic collaboration with Microsoft for sovereign cloud delivery.
Joining takes three steps: apply, onboard, then launch solutions and register opportunities. Applications are open now at core42.ai. Partners and customers remain responsible for any regulatory or sector-specific approvals their solutions need.
ZOOM OUT - Core42 was formed in 2023 through the merger of G42 Cloud and Mubadala-owned integrated IT services company Injazat. Today, it serves more than 500 enterprise and government clients across five global regions, with over 1,100 AI and cloud experts. Its expansion is aimed first at the US and European markets for high-end AI cloud services. In May 2026, it secured $550 million in structured trade finance facilities from HSBC to fund compute deployments there. In the US, its work is anchored in the US-UAE AI Acceleration Partnership. Projects include a supercomputer network built with Sunnyvale-headquartered Cerebras and Maximus-01, the world's 18th most powerful supercomputer, in Buffalo, New York. In Europe, Core42 opened its regional headquarters in Dublin last year and is deploying national-scale AI infrastructure in France and Italy.
