The offering, the first under a wider global partnership between the two firms, combines Core42’s Sovereign AI Cloud with e& UAE’s national connectivity network, letting organisations build, train and deploy AI while keeping sensitive data within the UAE, with no upfront capital cost and zero egress fees.

The new offering aims to provide infrastructure that’s secure and compliant enough for production, not just testing. e& and Core42 are bundling compute with private connectivity, local support and a working path to deployment. The offering moves sovereign AI from foundational infrastructure into an operational capability built for production-grade execution. It targets government, healthcare, financial services, energy, education, retail, manufacturing and industrial sectors, alongside large enterprises with sensitive workload requirements.
e& UAE is also introducing GPU Connect, a package bundling advanced GPU capability with premium e& UAE connectivity for improved technical performance and commercial terms.
The deal builds on the UAE National Strategy for Artificial Intelligence 2031, which aims to embed agentic AI across government, healthcare, finance and mobility.
The broader partnership also covers resilience of critical AI services, building on Core42’s Signature National Disaster Recovery Cloud, designed to keep governments and critical infrastructure operational during national-scale disruptions.
ZOOM OUT - Core42's Sovereign AI Cloud runs on more than 86,000 GPUs across sovereign data centres worldwide, giving customers a choice of NVIDIA, AMD, Qualcomm, Microsoft or Cerebras accelerators depending on the workload. It's built on Top500 and IO500-ranked HPC infrastructure, with AI-optimised storage designed for large-scale training and high-concurrency work. Core42’s Compass Inference layer provides access to more than 50 leading models, including GPT and open-source options across text, vision, speech and embeddings, all through one API.
