#UAE #AIOS - Abu Dhabi-based AI company AIREV has signed a strategic agreement with US chipmaker Qualcomm Technologies Ltd to integrate its OnDemand autonomous AI platform with Qualcomm Dragonwing products, including the Qualcomm Dragonwing AI On-Prem Appliance. The deal lets enterprises and governments deploy AI agents created with OnDemand on Qualcomm hardware without relying on the cloud, wherever their data sits. OnDemand serves more than four million users worldwide and processed 6.8 trillion tokens in the second quarter of 2026, a roughly sixfold increase on the year before.
SO WHAT? - AIREV is an evolving UAE AI success story, developing cutting edge AI technology in the UAE for use locally and globally. The Qualcomm deal means that AIREV’s OnDemand technology will be embedded directly into a leading US AI chipmaker’s hardware line, with a registration pathway into the US market built into the deal. OnDemand bundles will be factory-preloaded into Dragonwing chipsets for distribution worldwide, making it easy for global customers to install OnDemand onto their Qualcomm devices.

A strategic deal between Abu Dhabi-based AI company AIREV and developer of wireless technologies and AI computing Qualcomm will see the OnDemand platform integrated with Qualcomm Dragonwing AI products. OnDemand is a no- and low-code platform for building and managing autonomous AI agents, offering more than 300 specialised agents across over 50 languages, and serves more than four million users globally.
AIREV’s products processed 6.8 trillion tokens in the second quarter of 2026, a roughly sixfold increase over the prior year, among the highest throughput volumes recorded by a UAE-based AI platform.
The Qualcomm partnership extends AI agents from cloud infrastructure to intelligent edge deployments, turning agentic AI into something organisations can rely on daily rather than a demonstration.
The new collaboration also lays the groundwork for extending AIREV’s capabilities across a broader range of Qualcomm technologies over time.
AIREV FZ-LLC was founded in Abu Dhabi in 2024 and is backed by VentureWave Capital and UAE-based Titian Capital, having grown into a commercially deployed platform within two years of launch.
ZOOM OUT - The Dragonwing AI On-Prem Appliance is one of the key hardware devices that AIREV's OnDemand platform is now plugging into. Qualcomm designed it as a scalable plug-in device, running from Basic configurations for models up to 10 billion parameters through to a Premier tier handling up to 70 billion parameters, aimed at businesses that want generative AI running on their own premises rather than in the cloud. The pitch is straightforward: on-prem inference cuts latency, keeps data private and lowers running costs compared with routing everything through external servers. AIREV's OnDemand agents landing on this hardware gives Qualcomm's on-prem push a ready-made software layer, and gives AIREV a route into the physical infrastructure enterprises and governments are increasingly asking for.
