Presight AI powers Khazna's unified command centre
Partnership delivers unified oversight across hyperscale portfolio
#UAE #datacentres – Hyperscale digital infrastructure provider Khazna Data Centers has signed a long-term contract with AI and big data analytics company Presight to deploy an AI-optimised facility management solution and centralised command and control centre. Both companies are part of the Abu Dhabi-headqaurtered G42 Group. The agreement supports the launch of Khazna NexOps, a dedicated in-house operations organisation designed to deliver operational excellence for hyperscale and AI-era infrastructure. The deployment embeds AI into data centre operations through Presight’s AI-Optimized Sustainable Data Centre solution, which integrates data from multiple operational technology and facilities systems to support predictive maintenance, proactive fault detection and performance optimisation.
SO WHAT? – By embracing Presight’s complete platform infrastructure (including real-time monitoring, digital twin capabilities and energy optimisation analytics) the deployment enables Khazna to manage complex, energy-intensive infrastructure through a unified, data-driven approach. The solution addresses the hyperscale data centre industry’s challenge of operating mission-critical facilities with greater visibility and resilience, whilst supporting sustainability requirements. Presight’s platform allows operators to achieve faster decision-making, coordinated oversight across multiple sites and continuous operational improvement.
Here are some key points about the new command and control centre:
G42 Group companies Khazna Data Centers and Presight (ADX:PRESIGHT) have signed deal to deploy an AI-optimised facility management solution and centralised command and control centre.
The centralised command and control centre will provide real-time visibility and coordinated oversight across Khazna’s data centre portfolio, enabling faster decision-making and enhanced operational resilience as the first delivery milestone.
Presight’s platform integrates data from multiple operational technology and facilities systems into a single intelligence layer, supporting predictive and prescriptive maintenance, proactive fault detection and performance optimisation across facility assets.
The solution incorporates digital twin capabilities through Presight’s Meta-Intelligence platform, delivering real-time 3D virtual representation of data centre infrastructure to support scenario simulation, spatial asset analysis and operational planning.
Embedded energy optimisation and sustainability analytics support efficiency improvements, energy and carbon tracking, ESG reporting and cross-site benchmarking to drive continuous operational improvement across Khazna’s global network.
Khazna NexOps establishes a unified operating model spanning people, processes, technology and governance whilst maintaining focus on continuity of service for customers running mission-critical workloads in hyperscale environments.
The deployment reinforces Presight’s position as a partner for AI-driven digital infrastructure across smart cities, energy, public safety and enterprise transformations.
ZOOM OUT – The Presight partnership supports Khazna's launch of Khazna NexOps, earlier this week, which signals a transition for the company from a vendor-driven operations model to an in-house capability across more than 30 data centres. In under 12 months, the NexOps team expanded from 20 to over 230 specialists, developing more than 5,000 operational documents to support standardised, audit-ready practices. The initiative has delivered measurable improvements including 2.3 percent power usage effectiveness gains despite regional climate conditions, and competency-linked task execution that ensures only qualified personnel carry out critical work. The Presight AI platform now forms part of this broader operational transformation as Khazna scales infrastructure for AI-era workloads.
