The intensive two-week programme launches under strategic collaboration between Abu Dhabi-based business school ADSM (Abu Dhabi School of Management) and technology consulting firm Polynome Group, beginning 16th November 2025. The new programme includes 10 advanced modules covering AI systems architecture, enterprise deployment, governance frameworks, ethics, and public policy for cross-functional AI strategies across the MENA region.
SO WHAT? - This CAIO programme addresses a critical skills gap in leadership as organisations across the Middle East accelerate AI adoption without adequate C-suite expertise. By creating the region's first dedicated Chief AI Officer training, the UAE positions itself as the regional hub for AI governance and executive education. In addition to building domestic capacity for responsible AI implementation at enterprise scale, the new programme is bound to attract interest from senior technology and innovation leaders across MENA.
