The guide provides practical frameworks for policymakers and institutional leaders to support strategic decisions and promote responsible AI adoption aligned with ethical principles and societal priorities. Built around five key principles — Align, Activate, Amplify, Accelerate and Govern — the framework addresses everything from setting measurable goals through to establishing adaptive ethical governance. The guide is available in Arabic and English.
