Dubai's Roads and Transport Authority has confirmed that it will be implementing Alibaba Cloud's City Brain to plan and manage traffic in the city, giving the cloud vendor a major win in the Middle East. However, there's a lot more happening at Alibaba Cloud and this could bode well for its City Brain offering in the region.
