Saudi Arabia is investing billions in a electric vehicle sector strategy, backing Lucid Motors, home-grown brand Ceer and other EV companies to set up manufacturing plants in the Kingdom.
This week saw the launch of the Electric Vehicle Infrastructure Company, with a plan to install 5,000 EV chargers across the country, and Tasaru Mobility Investments, an investment company focused on developing local supply chain for the mobility industry in Saudi Arabia.
A new Artificial Intelligence Transformation Programme was launched this week by the Dubai AI and Web3 Campus at Dubai International Financial Centre (DIFC) to help corporations to adopt AI and embrace innovation.
