Graduate programme supports e& target of 60% Emiratisation by 2030
#UAE #education - Abu Dhabi-based global technology and investment group e& has opened applications for 100 new positions in its signature AI Graduate Programme, targeting Emirati university graduates for the September 2025 intake. Now in its fourth year, the 12-month initiative has trained 284 graduates since 2021 with 62% female participation in the latest cohort, supporting e&’s target of 60% Emiratisation by 2030. Developed in partnership with leading institutions such as Microsoft, Harvard Business Review, LinkedIn, and Abu Dhabi Global Market (ADGM), the programme combines hands-on experience across AI, machine learning, cybersecurity, and business strategy with mentoring and leadership training.
SO WHAT? - The AI Graduate Programme of e& provides 12-month practical work-based training across both technology and non-technology tracks. The programme has been designed to give Emirati university graduates a deeper understanding of AI, cybersecurity, big data, and analytics while developing leadership skills. Open to all university majors, the programme provides competitive salaries and flexible working arrangements, and serves as a launchpad for careers spanning IT, HR, finance, strategy, and sales.

e&’s AI Graduate Programme is in its fourth year and has successfully trained and hired 284 graduates, with 25 participants recently completing the programme.
Graduates receive comprehensive training across multiple disciplines including AI, machine learning, cybersecurity, product development, human resources, and business strategy through immersive, hands-on project experience.
62% female participation in 2024's intake and 81% overall female participation since launch.
The AI Graduate Programme has partnerships with leading institutions including Microsoft, Harvard Business Review, LinkedIn, and Abu Dhabi Global Market (ADGM), ensuring graduates receive globally competitive training aligned with international best practices.
The initiative directly supports e&’s Emiratisation target of 60%.
Applications for the September 2025 intake of the AI Graduate Programme are now open through the official portal.
e& complements the flagship initiative with additional programmes including Bidayati for leadership and AI project experience, and Excelerate& developed in collaboration with telecommunications equipment company Ericsson focusing on 5G and data science
ZOOM OUT - Since identifying AI skills and AI talent as a critical element of the UAE’s National Strategy for Artificial Intelligence, the country has invested in AI education and training at all levels. There are now AI leadership programmes run by e&, the UAE’s national Artificial Intelligence Programme, Abu Dhabi School of Management, Mohamed bin Zayed University of Artificial Intelligence (MBZUAI) and Dubai Future Foundation (DFF). The Emirates now sets the benchmark for national AI leadership development.
