Supermicro certifies UAE’s OnDemand agentic AI platform
OnDemand now available globally as air-gapped AI workstation platform
#UAE #sovereignAI - UAE-based AI company AIREV Holding Limited has secured certification from US server and workstation manufacturer Supermicro for its OnDemand agentic AI platform on the AS-2115HV-TNRT Workstation. The certification enables global customers to purchase the workstation preloaded with OnDemand’s sovereign AI environment, and allows distribution through Supermicro partners such as Accenture and World Wide Technology (WWT). The system combines AMD Ryzen Threadripper PRO 9000 WX-Series processors supporting up to 96 cores with four NVIDIA RTX PRO 6000 Blackwell Max-Q GPUs providing 384GB of combined memory. Running OnDemand on the workstation, customers will be able to deploy sovereign, air-gapped AI environments that scale from model training to real-time inference.
SO WHAT? - The certification places AIREV’s UAE-developed AI platform inside Supermicro’s enterprise supply chain, allowing customers to buy AI workstations with OnDemand pre-installed. By joining Supermicro’s global distribution network, AIREV gains access to enterprise and government customers worldwide seeking air-gapped, on-premises AI deployments that meet compliance and data sovereignty requirements. As one of a growing number of UAE AI technology exports, the certification also helps advance the country’s 2031 strategy to export intellectual property rather than simply consume foreign technology.
Here are some key points about the new certification:
The OnDemand agentic AI platform, developed by UAE-based AI startup AIREV Holding Limited, has been certified by Supermicro for its AS-2115HV-TNRT Workstation, a server-grade ‘SuperWorkstation’ for high AI workloads
The certification allows US and international customers to order Supermicro’s AS-2115HV-TNRT Workstation with a special version of OnDemand pre-installed, creating immediate distribution channels via Supermicro and its partners which include Accenture and World Wide Technology.
OnDemand currently supports over 100,000 users globally and provides access to more than 300 specialised autonomous agents in its public library, with customers deploying over 1,500 private agents for production workloads.
The AS-2115HV-TNRT Workstation supports up to 96 CPU cores through AMD Ryzen Threadripper PRO 9000 WX-Series processors, representing the highest core count available in desktop-class workstations for AI model training and inference.
Four NVIDIA RTX PRO 6000 Blackwell Max-Q Workstation Edition GPUs deliver a combined 384GB of GDDR7 memory, providing parallel compute power for deep learning, generative AI and large language model workloads.
The system features enterprise-grade reliability with eight hot-swap drive bays and redundant 2,600W titanium-certified power supplies in an airflow-optimised 2U chassis designed for continuous operation.
The OnDemand-Supermicro solution targets regulatory, finance, healthcare, research and government sectors requiring compliant AI infrastructure that keeps data within organisational control rather than routing through external cloud services.
AIREV was founded in 2023 by Muhammad Khalid, Dr Youssef Youssef and Kayaan Unwalla, with backing from Core42, a subsidiary of Abu Dhabi AI group G42, and launched OnDemand in July 2024.
OnDemand integrates with major enterprise systems including Salesforce, SAP and Microsoft Dynamics, whilst partnering with digital infrastructure providers to help them monetise existing investments through new AI service offerings.
ZOOM OUT - The Supermicro certification forms part of AIREV’s broader strategy to make its OnDemand platform hardware-agnostic and deployable across any infrastructure: cloud, on-premises or at the edge. The company recently signed strategic partnerships with US semiconductor giant Intel Corporation to optimise OnDemand for its Xeon processors and Gaudi AI accelerators, The company is also co-developing an advanced agentic AI stack together with US AI chip startup Tenstorrent, beginning with a UAE development node. These hardware partnerships begin to position AIREV as a global provider of sovereign, air-gapped AI environments that keep sensitive data within customer control rather than routing through external cloud services.
