The company’s EBITDA rose 37.4 percent to AED 143.7 ($39m) million and profit after tax up 30.2 percent to AED 116.8 million ($32m). SO WHAT? - International revenue has now outpaced domestic growth for two consecutive quarters this year, rising 62.9 percent year-on-year in Q1 and 36.1 percent in Q2. However, Presight's UAE government contracts kept renewing at 100 percent, which puts the Abu Dhabi AI company in a quite enviable position. Presight is also proving that its home-tested sovereign AI model travels well, securing it business in Kazakhstan, Jordan, Albania and beyond. Overall, international markets accounted for 26.7 percent of group revenue in H1 2026, compared with 24.6 percent in the ‘prior-year period’.
KEY POINTS:
Presight AI Holding PLC (ADX: PRESIGHT) today reported H1 2026 revenue growth of 28.9% year-on-year, reaching AED 1.4 billion ($380m). The company’s EBITDA grew 23.2% to AED 302.7 million ($82.42m) and profit after tax rose up 19.5% to AED 250.7 million ($68.25m).
Domestic growth was driven by AED 2.5 billion ($680m) in renewals and new agreements spanning public safety, non-kinetic defence, mobility, customs, audit and SME enablement. Presight also enjoyed a 100% renewal rate across major national-level AI programmes.
International revenue rose 19.1% year-on-year in Q2 and 39.9% in H1 2025. This means that international markets now account for 26.7% of group revenue, up from 24.6% in the prior-year period.
International growth was driven by multi-year deployments in Kazakhstan, Albania, Jordan and Africa, alongside new engagements in Kazakhstan and Montenegro and pilots advanced by subsidiary AIQ in three new target markets.
Presight selected 12 companies for the second cohort of its AI Accelerator Programme and showcased its AI-Native Workforce Lab at the UAE Ministry of Cabinet Affairs’ Agentic Government Retreat, where 94 representatives from 24 government entities used its platform to design and deploy 118 AI agents across 21 workflows.
CEO Thomas Pramotedham said the results demonstrate the durability of Presight’s growth model, with plans to deepen UAE leadership, accelerate international expansion and advance agentic and sector-specific AI solutions.
Multi-year contracts accounted for 93.5% of Q2 revenue, and the company held a debt-free balance sheet with AED 2.0 billion ($540m) in cash and positive operating cash flow of AED 14.3 million ($3.89m) during the quarter.
Presight’s medium-term guidance for 2025-2029 remains unchanged, targeting revenue CAGR of 20-25%, EBITDA CAGR of 23-28% and profit after tax CAGR of 21-26%.
ZOOM OUT - Q1 2026 set the pace for the year, with Presight reporting revenue of AED 689 million, up 22.2% year-on-year, while international revenue surged 62.9%. That growth was driven largely by active deployments in Jordan, Kazakhstan and Albania, including Presight's $190 million six-year smart city contract with Astana and a new MOU with Almaty to build a unified AI-enabled urban operating system. The backlog stood at AED 4.9 billion after the first quarter, already up 45.3% since the end of 2025, which means the Q2 figures showing a further rise to the same AED 4.9 billion level reflect continued order intake keeping pace with revenue recognition rather than a slowdown.
