Impressive how the region is vertically integrating the AI stack from compute infrastructure to domain-specific models. SDAIA's 480MW facility combined with TII pushing Arabic and reasoning models shows they're not just buying tech but building sovereign capabilty. I've been watching Red Sea Global's approach and it feels like a clever sandbox strategy, testing AI in controlled real-world enviornments before scaling horizontaly.
