The Cabinet also approved a system to issue Cabinet decisions, within a governed framework, supported by agentic AI technologies and the Cabinet AI advisor, to ensure work continuity and a swift decision-making.
The platform builds on a 2025 agentic regulatory intelligence project designed to speed up research, drafting, and enactment of laws by up to 70 percent.
The underlying regulatory intelligence framework links federal and local laws, judicial rulings, executive procedures, and public services into a unified map.
Following successful cabinet trials, the National Artificial Intelligence System roll-out extends advisory capabilities to boards across all federal entities and government companies.
Cabinet also reviewed data on the digital government transformation in 2025, when government entities completed 308 million digital transactions and 15.8 million app downloads across 1,633 digital services.
International indicators cited during the meeting ranked the UAE first globally in telecommunications infrastructure, digital skills, and artificial intelligence adoption.
