The partnership establishes a primary data hub consolidating historical energy data dating back to 1958, introduces an AI Lab-as-a-Service for energy companies to test AI solutions, and develops smart data solutions for water, electricity, district cooling and petroleum sectors to enhance operational efficiency and support sustainable energy management.

The deal combined AIQ's energy-focused AI solutions with Presight's cross-sector big data analytics capabilities. ADNOC (Abu Dhabi National Oil Company) retain 49% ownership.
